We want you to be totally obsessed with your new dark fashion; however, if something isn't quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all gothic hardware, accessories, and tags are included.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
